Call2Reminder

Built to Replace Outdated Court Call-In Systems

Modern alerts, intelligent automation, and a system designed to respect your time.

The Problem

For many participants, the day still starts with an unnecessary question: do I have to call the line again today?

That routine interrupts work, sleep, childcare, school, and basic planning. Missing a message can feel risky. Calling every day just to hear that nothing changed creates stress that serves no one.

Courts carry the same burden from the other side. Staff still spend time updating lines, recording messages, and repeating a process that should already be more reliable and easier to manage.

The Breakdown

Many systems in this space haven’t evolved in decades. We built Call2Reminder to bring modern automation, flexibility, and accessibility to a process that needs it.

  • Manual phone systems still force people to check every day whether they need to act.
  • Older workflows often deliver the same message to everyone, even when only a small group needs it.
  • Courts are left with repetitive recording work instead of dependable automation.
  • Rigid, older alert systems can cost far more while offering less flexibility and less transparency.

A Better Approach

Call2Reminder provides two systems:

  • Code Alerts for participants who want reliable daily-code notifications without the daily hotline ritual.
  • Court Broadcaster for courts that want to automate announcements, reduce staff workload, and improve message consistency.

Together, they create a more reliable court notification system and a practical automated daily call replacement for courts and participants still stuck with the hotline routine.

Court Broadcaster

Courts can plan an entire month in advance, or generate messages instantly using text-to-speech, freeing staff to focus on people, not systems.

  • Type a message or select the day’s colors and generate a spoken call automatically.
  • Use text-to-speech court calls instead of manually recording new audio every day.
  • Schedule broadcasts for tomorrow, next week, or the full month ahead.
  • Send by SMS, call, and email from the same approved workflow.
  • Use the same system for color testing, emergency notices, general broadcasts, and no-testing days.
  • Support Spanish updates, translated daily messages, and multilingual delivery when a court needs it.
  • Stay on a managed system with upgrades and service included.

Code Alerts

You only get notified when it matters, nothing more.

  • Choose Only notify me when my color is called or get the full daily message every day.
  • Receive alerts by SMS, phone call, or email.
  • Set a preferred contact time so the alert can work like an alarm instead of another interruption.
  • Replay the original message transcript, review a short readable preview, and manage your PIN details in one place.
  • See which courts are already supported before you sign up.
  • Submit a missing court so coverage can expand based on real demand.
  • Get free support, Spanish support where available, and broader language support when courts require it.

Code Alerts is two weeks free with calling notifications or one month free with text/email-only notifications, then $4/month. That keeps the service accessible while still giving participants more control than older, higher-cost alert systems.

Multilingual Support

Courts are not limited to one language, and neither are we.

Call2Reminder supports Spanish-language access and multilingual court notifications so daily message delivery can better serve the people who actually rely on it. Courts can translate daily messages, deliver information in more than one language, and reduce confusion for diverse communities.

Pricing Philosophy

We believe required systems should not create additional burden. Our goal is to keep costs low while continuing to improve the service.

Court Broadcaster pricing is tiered by participant count:

  • 1–350 participants: $225/month
  • 351–700 participants: $425/month
  • 701–1000 participants: $625/month
  • 1001–2000 participants: $995/month
  • 2001+ participants: custom pricing

Every Court Broadcaster tier includes managed service and upgrades. Code Alerts starts with two weeks free with calling notifications or one month free with text/email-only notifications, while Court Broadcaster starts with a controlled pilot path: text/email-only up to 30 days free, calling up to 14 days free for up to 250 participants, and custom pilot or credited onboarding for larger courts or larger calling rollouts.

That keeps Code Alerts accessible while giving courts a procurement-friendly way to evaluate Court Broadcaster without an unlimited free voice rollout.

How We Think About the Work

We build for people first.

  • Reduce friction. The system should remove daily hassle, not add to it.
  • Respect time. Participants should not have to organize life around an outdated call-in process.
  • Modernize responsibly. Courts should get automation, reliability, and accessibility without taking on more technical overhead.
  • Stay transparent. People should be able to see supported courts, understand how the system works, and ask for help when they need it.

Our goal is to make systems like this unnecessary over time. Until then, we focus on making them better.
