Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Call2Reminder ("Service"), a product of Wiplash.ai and part of Westward Envoy Technologies LLC (W.E.T. LLC). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Call2Reminder provides automated retrieval and reminder delivery for court-related daily call lines and related obligations. The Service is informational and operational in nature.

2. Not Legal Advice

Call2Reminder is not a law firm, government agency, or court authority. The Service does not provide legal advice and does not replace official court instructions. You remain solely responsible for compliance with all court requirements.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • interfere with system integrity, availability, or security;
  • misuse data, notifications, or call infrastructure;
  • attempt unauthorized access to other users or systems.

5. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide reliable reminders, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime, perfect message accuracy, or delivery success across all channels. External system dependencies may affect performance.

6. Payments and Subscription Status

Some courts or service tiers may require payment. Where billing applies, charges and payment terms are presented during enrollment or account updates. Failure to maintain required payment status may suspend paid features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call2Reminder, Wiplash.ai, and Westward Envoy Technologies LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed obligations resulting from unavailable or inaccurate reminders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, nonpayment (where applicable), or legal requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and relevant state law, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where otherwise required by law.
